We are a member of the SGR (Travel Bookings Compensation Fund), ANVR (Dutch Association of Travel Agencies and Tour Operators) and Calamiteitenfonds (the Emergency Fund for Travellers).
Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden (SGR)
Sapa Pana Travel (Chamber of Commerce registration number KvK: 76633179) is a registered participant of SGR. You can verify this on www.sgr.nl. Holidays listed on this website are covered by SGR’s guarantee, within the terms of the SGR guarantee scheme. Under SGR’s guarantee, consumers shall have their prepaid travel sum refunded if their counterparty is unable to fulfil its contractual obligations due to financial inability. Insofar as the agreement includes the transport and the destination has already been reached, the return trip will be arranged.
As of February 1st 2021, SGR-members will be charged a contribution of € 5 per person per booking.
ANVR
This association works with strict membership standards and encourages the quality of the trips and the information about these trips. All of our fall under the ANVR consumer conditions of July 1, 2018 (this document is only available in Dutch).
Stichting Calamiteitenfonds Reizen (CFR)
Our company is a member of the Stichting Calamiteitenfonds Reizen (Emergency Fund for Travellers). All the trips that have been published on this website fall within the margins of the CFR guarantee arrangement. This guarantee means that you as a customer taking part in a trip that we have organized:
- Will get (a part of) the cost of the trip back if we can’t carry out the trip or a part of the trip as results of a calamity;
- Will be reimbursed for the necessary extra costs when we have to change the trip as result of a calamity or if we have to repatriate you earlier than expected. Calamity means an abnormal event caused by molestation or a natural disaster.
