Symbol of the national park are the three large rock formations that tower above the pristine landscape. As a fanatic hiker you can walk to these massive giants within half a day. A brisk hike with lots of climbing with a wonderful reward for your efforts.

Grey Glacier
In the national park you will find beautiful cliffs, rocks, waterfalls, rivers, lakes and glaciers. One of the most special glaciers is the Grey glacier. The three tongues hatch in Lake Grey in the south of the park. Large chunks of ice break off the edge of the glacier with thundering noise. Take a walk along this lake or take a boat trip across the lake with the glacier in the background.

Patagonia Camp
For a special experience you will stay in a Yurt of Patagonia Camp located in the national park. These spacious tents offer you the comfort and convenience of a hotel room. However, you will experience that you are more connected to nature by sleeping in a tent. During the day you will go out with the professional guides of Patagonia Camp who will introduce you to the national park.

From the water
Are you not keen on walking or would you like to see Torres del Paine from a different side? A nice way is by kayaking. Kayak on one of the deep blue lakes or choose Lake Grey and paddle through the large ice blocks.

In search of the Puma
Stay at Eco Camp and join Diego Araya, one of Chile's most famous nature photographers and an authority on the Puma, in search of this extraordinary animal. It is a unique program developed and is widely recognized as the best opportunity to spot these rare predators in the wild. After Jaguar, the Puma is the largest feline in the Americas.
Een unieke natuur ervaring
The national park covers an area of over 181,000 hectares. The park has roads for vehicles and paths for walkers. Torres del Paine has beautiful cliffs and rocks. Numerous large and small clear blue lakes are embedded in these rugged high mountain formations. Rivers flow into cascading waterfalls. The vast plains are part of the Patagonian Tierra del Fuego steppe and are interspersed with dense magellanic forests. The Grey, Tyndall and Balmaceda glaciers are remnants of a once much more extensive system.
The diverse landscapes and large differences in altitude create a diverse ecosystem where many animal and plant species can live. Patagonian steppe-grass, cypresses, coigu forests and calafari bushes can be found here. Wild life is also very diverse, such as Guanaco's, hare mice, red and grey foxes and even pumas can be spotted here.
